Why I Built Vested Fitness

Vested Fitness wasn’t created in a gym.
It was built through real lifesetbacks, health battles, and the decision to take control again.

After facing cancer and the challenges that come with it, I realised something simple: —
Strength isn’t about age. It’s about action.
Too many people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — especially as the body begins to change.
That’s why I created Vested Fitness.
